SLP CONNECT Needs Your Story!

SLP CONNECT was created with the hope of becoming a place where everyone at SLP can connect, share, and understand each other better.

But to make this happen, CONNECT cannot be filled only with company announcements or posts created by the administrators.

CONNECT needs our stories.

Every day at SLP, there are many things worth sharing:

A department has just achieved an important goal.

A colleague has made a great effort to solve a difficult problem.

A team has worked together to find a new way of doing things.

A small activity has brought laughter and smiles.

Or simply, a memorable moment shared among colleagues.

These moments may seem ordinary, but they are the stories that make SLP what it is.

Let’s Build CONNECT with Our Stories!

Starting this month, the administrators would like to invite every department to contribute and share content on SLP CONNECT.

Each department can share the following every month:

3–5 photos of your department’s activities

3 short sentences introducing your people, work, or department

1 memorable story from the month

1 achievement or something you are proud of

1 thing you would like to share with your colleagues

It doesn’t have to be a big story.

A great photo, a small achievement, a word of appreciation, or a simple everyday story can all be meaningful.

The administrators will support editing and publishing the content so that these stories can be shared with everyone at SLP.

CONNECT – Know Each Other, Understand Each Other, Work Together

We work in different departments, have different responsibilities, and may have different perspectives.

But when we know what our colleagues are doing, what they are working hard for, and what challenges they have overcome together, we can understand each other better.

And from that understanding, we can create more opportunities for dialogue and collaboration.

This is also the spirit that SLP is working toward:

The First Two Months of SLP CONNECT

Together, we will build CONNECT through three steps:

① KNOW

Everyone gets to know what SLP CONNECT is and what kind of content can be found there.

② VISIT

Everyone begins to develop the habit of visiting CONNECT to discover new information and stories.

③ PARTICIPATE

Everyone starts sharing photos, stories, ideas, and interacting with one another.

The ultimate goal is not simply to have more posts.

It is for everyone who opens SLP CONNECT to be able to think:

“This is SLP’s story.”
“This is my colleague’s story.”
“And I have a story to share, too.”

SLP CONNECT is not the website of one department.

SLP CONNECT is a place where we keep the stories of all of us.

Let’s make CONNECT a place with information, people, voices, and connections.
