SÔNG LAM MID-AUTUMN FESTIVAL – CREATING A MEMORABLE MOON FESTIVAL TOGETHER
This year’s Mid-Autumn Festival, Sông Lam brings a fresh and colorful activity to the company. Instead of making the traditional five-fruit tray as in previous years, the Sông Lam Trade Union has chosen a new format – the Sông Lam Mid-Autumn Corner Decoration Contest.
04 TEAMS – 04 AREAS – 04 DISTINCTIVE COLORS
Each team will work together to develop ideas, assign tasks, and transform a familiar space within the Company into a Mid-Autumn corner that reflects the team’s own unique identity.
In particular, as a company operating in the packaging and printing industry, teams are encouraged to make use of familiar materials such as paper, carton, packaging materials, and recycled materials to create unique decorative products.

MORE THAN JUST A DECORATION CONTEST…
What makes this event truly special is not the use of expensive materials or elaborate decorations, but the way each team member comes together to create something beautiful.
From a piece of carton, a sheet of paper, or a familiar piece of packaging, these simple materials are transformed into a colorful Mid-Autumn space through the creativity, ideas, and teamwork of each group.

ONE PERSON MAY HAVE AN IDEA, BUT IT TAKES A TEAM TO TURN THAT IDEA INTO REALITY.
Each person brings their own role, strengths, and perspective; together, they communicate, support one another, and work toward completing the final result. It is this process that embodies the spirit of TEAMWORK – TOGETHERNESS, where people not only work together, but also share, create, and achieve a common goal together.
EVERY MID-AUTUMN CORNER TELLS A STORY.
Every creation reflects the spirit of a team.
And every smile is the result of being there for one another.

Through this contest, Sông Lam has gained not only beautiful Mid-Autumn Festival decoration corners, but also meaningful moments for its members to come together, strengthen team spirit, unleash their creativity, embrace the spirit of saving and resourcefulness, and take pride in the unique identity of Sông Lam.
